Short Term Group Study Tours

Terms & Conditions and Booking Procedure

 

Please note we require a minimum of 3 months notice to arrange this Program.

 

Quotation Form completed and submitted to ISE.

ISE will forward a proposed Itinerary and Quotation.

Upon the Tour confirmation, ISE requires a non-refundable Application Fee of 1.25% of the quoted price for the Tour.

This Application Fee will be deducted from the Final Invoice.

On receipt of the Application Fee, ISE will locate and confirm the details of the proposed Study Centre (Host School).

Upon confirmation of the Study Centre (Host School), ISE requires a non-refundable Deposit of 1.25% of the quoted price for the Tour.

This Deposit will be deducted from the Final Invoice.

Upon receipt of the above, ISE will pay the Education Department or Private School a deposit to secure the Study Centre (Host School).

ISE will arrange a Coordinator, who is responsible for locating the Host Families and liaising with the Study Centre (Host School).

ISE will arrange any excursions and transfers required.

Flight details must be confirmed with ISE as soon as possible.

Students must have up to date Passports, a relevant Visa and Travel Insurance.

ISE will supply Student Application Forms, if requested.  These must be completed along with a signed Parent/Guardian Release Form, no later than 1 month prior to the commencement of the Tour.

 

FOUR WEEKS PRIOR TO GROUP ARRIVAL 

ISE will send the Final Invoice, less the 2.5% already received.

Flight details must be confirmed with ISE.

ISE will organise Student Certificates.

ISE will produce handbooks for all the Students and their Host Families.

ISE must be advised of any changes in Student numbers and an amended price and invoice will be provided.

 

TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO GROUP ARRIVAL

ISE must receive payment of Final Invoice.

Final confirmation of flight details and Student numbers.

ISE will provide the Final Itinerary and Host Family Name List.

 

ONE WEEK PRIOR TO GROUP ARRIVAL

ISE will conduct a Host Family Orientation at the Study Centre (Host School) to discuss the upcoming Tour and answer any questions.

 

ARRIVAL DAY

ISE will meet the Group at the airport and transfer them to the Study Centre (Host School), if requested.

If transfers are not arranged by ISE, we must receive confirmation of the Groups expected time of arrival at the Study Centre (Host School).

The ISE Coordinator will greet the Group at the Study Centre (Host School) and conduct an Orientation with the Students to explain the Program.

The Coordinator will introduce the Students to their Host Families.

 

DURING THE TOUR

The ISE Coordinator oversees the Program ensuring that the visiting Students and the Study Centre (Host School) are satisfied with the Program.
